"The reason I am so passionate about helping others face the traumatic experience of dealing with the Internal Revenue Service is that I too was under their microscope for alleged misdeeds.  Back in the 1980’s, my wife Debbie and I owned and operated a restaurant in rural Parke County Indiana.

One of the biggest events in Parke County is their annual Covered Bridge Festival which draws millions of visitors every year.  Needless to say, it was a tremendous 10 days for restaurant sales.  Unfortunately, it was so busy I didn't have the time to bank daily so at the end of the festival when I did make my deposits I had a deposit of over $10,000 in cash.  Although that was never brought up I am sure that triggered one of the most invasive audits you could imagine. The Service looked through my business records, my personal records, and my parent's personal records.  To this day I feel that the Service thought I was hiding income.  After 90 days of being "under the gun" so to speak the audit came back as a no change audit.  Basically, saying they found no discrepancies and owed no additional tax.

That was when I decided to go back to school and become a Certified Public Accountant.  It is my sole goal to help small businesses avoid the pitfalls that run them afoul of the tax man and guide them through the maze of regulation if they do.

If you are one of the unfortunate souls that got caught in the web of the IRS I will advocate for you the best and least costly solution to your problem.  Remember I've been there and I know the stress.  Let me find the best solution for you and get on with your life."
